Dec 23, 2017 The header file graphics.h contains setcolor function which is used to set the current drawing color to the new color. Syntax: void setcolor(int color); Explanation: In Graphics, each color is assigned a number.Total number of colors available are 16. Number of available colors depends on current graphics mode and driver. Coloring C output in Windows is done through SetConsoleTextAttribute, where the HANDLE of the console passed in along with attributes. However, calling SetConsoleTextAttribute is cumbersome. Fortunately, there are lots of small libraries on the internet and github that can assist, you should just pick one with an API you like.
I searched a lot but there seems to be no way to have additional color schemes in Dev C++. The existing ones are way too bland. Also, I am no good at colors, yet, it feels as if I don't have the control to choose enough colors in the Editor Options. Is there a workaround? Can anyone port '>this?

Hi I got a quick question. Is there any way i can change the background color and the text color within my compiler of dev-c. I'm not trying to change the color of the output when I run the program, I'm talking about the actual code itself and its compiler. I'm using Dev-C 4.9.9.2. Mac internet doesnt work after boot camp. Here knowledge world show you how to easily change the font size and stype from Dev c editor font. It's weird for us guys because We actually didn't able to find out this option at the first time and then I.
Certainly some may say this is a lot of fuss over nothing. But, I believe its really important.

No one has an answer? Windows server 2012 boot camp mac. Or is it that Dev C++ does not have such features. Tell me about a good editor (if not an IDE) which is good features and additional color scheme adding capability.

This is likely a code editor issue. What editor are you using? The Windows VS editor, Eclipse, or something else?
